This is a beautiful Circa 1870 Women’s Navajo Serape with all cochineal, bayeta and flannel. Circa 1870 Small Women’s Navajo Serape. Made out of aniline dyed bayetta (flannel) , cochineal/lac dyed bayetta, homespun Indigo Blue, Homespun natural white, homespun rabbit brush yellow, three ply yellow and green, likely aniline. There has been repair to some warp strings but the weft material is 100 percent original.
