Beautiful , Circa 1870s Late Navajo Classic Serape. This piece contains Red Flannel, Indigo, Indigo green, White and a small amount of Bayetta. This is an ethnographically worn, bordered blanket that is in good condition. It is very rare to have such an early example of a bordered blanket.
Note: The blue and green glow under good light, but don’t show well in these pictures.
